For homebuyers in the market for luxury property, there are plenty of new-build homes for sale in Kent at the moment, some benefiting from a combination of great rural location and fast, regular rail services to London. Some of these new luxury homes in the heart of the Garden of England are individually built and offer plenty of living space for families or for entertaining.
In the delightful village of Halstead, situated between Knockholt and Orpington just six miles from Sevenoaks, Ward Homes is offering a range of luxury homes at Halstead Place.
